Holder of two Professional Master’s II degrees in “European Legal Practice” and “Industrial Property Law and Innovation Strategies”, but also the Certificate in Legal Management from the EDHEC, Clémence VANCOSTENOBLE was sworn in 2010.
After completing several internships with Parisian law firms such as HOWREY LLP and WILHELM & ASSOCIATES and legal departments specialized in intellectual property like HACHETTE LIVRE and DIRAMODE PIMKIE, Clémence VANCOSTENOBLE joined the JURISEXPERT firm in 2011.
She works in the areas of intellectual property law, e-commerce law, and new technologies.
Clémence VANCOSTENOBLE also works at the University of LILLE II in the Master’s II Program in Industrial Property Law and the Master’s II Program in Legal and Computing Security in digital companies, as well as at various schools, such as the SKEMA.
She is also author or co-author of articles published in legal reviews and on legal and current events websites.
